Upon arrival, if gel is frozen, remove lid and thaw out. Refrigerate immediately. Gel will be good for up to 3 weeks in refrigerator and up to 1 year in freezer. For oral consumption up to 3 tablespoons per day. Can be also added to smoothies, teas, soups, and as a thickener for sauces. Do not mix with dairy products, sugar, or starch.
